I hope that America’s paranoia about the spooky “anchor baby” menace is short-lived, although xenophobia seems to come third as a national pastime behind baseball and baking apple pie. Immigrants, illegal or not, buy things, which promotes capitalism. If the main concern is welfare fraud, it should be noted that fraud exists across the entire ethnic spectrum.

I appreciate the USDA corn-fed citizens who grift the state, while killing the pain of their insignificance by eating deep-fried bacon and Twinkies and banging into innocent ankles on their Hoveround scooters at the LA County Fair.

Shit human beings come in all forms, not just in brown people.

Good rant!

I wonder how well most American’s would do if being born here wasn’t enough to qualify as a citizen. Imagine having to earn citizenship. I’m pretty sure most people couldn’t do it and I tend to feel that many citizens do less for this country than illegals do. Pity about the Dream Act. Seemed like a viable option. I think in the end it’s not about legal status, all the complaints are just code for “we don’t want more Latinos” .

I work with a great guy who’s a former Jehovah’s Witness. He has confided in me a secret that they eat a blessed sacrament called “regular food.” All kidding aside, he *did* tell me the secret to getting Jehovah’s Witnesses to stop coming by the house. It seems to work like a charm, too.

What do Jehovah’s Witnesses eat exactly? It seems to me that the word of the mighty Jehovah should be enough nourishment, but as RaptorJebus himself said while being tempted by Santa in the wilderness, “It is written: ‘Man does not live on pizza alone.’” I contend that it was Doritos that RaptorJebus was craving. And if it’s good enough for RJ then it’s good enough for a Jehovah’s Witness. Hail Mary full of grease, RAmen.

And I thank you for the $75 gift certificate to Barnes and Noble. I bought a copy of ‘Decision Points’ by George W. Bush and ‘Going Rogue’ by Sarah Palin…the rest I spent on Glee: Season 1 and 2. Then I promptly burned it all which made a great bonfire that kept me warm for an entire evening. I’m sure there are many more fun times ahead and I’m wearing my running shoes.

I agree, that show Brett Butler did was pretty fun. Grace Under Fire, I think they called it. It had that William Fichtner guy who played an awesome detective in the horrible movie “What’s The Worst That Could Happen”.

As for war, one emotion we really need to destroy is boredom. Boredom just brings everybody down, man.

So why does everybody want to go to war against Tara? Isn’t that a fictional place? Besides, after Rhett Butler left, the place is just not the same.
